Hi- I purchased ( down payment and loan approval) a vehicle 5 weeks ago and still have not received it. The vehicle was purchased in Chicago and I live in Pennsylvania. The dealership keeps making excuses blaming the shipping company . I also have received my first payment coupon which is due payable in a few days. Also I paid for licensing and documentation fees and have not received the license plate. I have been paying insurance on a vehicle(Mercedes Benz) that I dont have. And the story goes on. What are my options? Is this legal? Thank you, Frank
